What we collect

If you subscribe to our updates we store your email address, the page you subscribed from, and the date and consent wording version you agreed to. We don't collect anything else through this site's forms.

How we use it

We use your email to send you Visa Mortgage Guideguides and updates, which may include occasional messages from the mortgage adviser behind this site. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) in Europe and any emails we send are sent via our email service provider. Both act as our processors.

Your rights

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete or export your data at any time by replying to any of our emails.

Cookies and analytics

If we have analytics configured for this site, it only runs once you accept it on the cookie banner shown on your first visit — before that, no analytics cookies are set. Rejecting is just as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time using the button below. We don't run advertising trackers.
